Meet in-person for an hour to follow up on how the progress is or is not going.
Generally, I recommend to book two of these consecutively to ensure we have time.
How to prepare:
- bring a bottle of water
- wear comfortable shoes
- bring Notes and a pen/pencil that you like
- don't consume any colored liquids/foods, such as turmeric
- wear comfortable clothing that you are ok sweating in
